Dialogue: Poverty in Hong Kong? Blame the Budgets

During an interactive session at Civic Exchange office on 4 December 2013, Mr. Leo F. Goodstadt reflected on how officials have created a ‘new poverty’ in Hong Kong and shared his views on reversing the decline in the level of lobbying on ‘welfare’ issues as well as carrying forward the debate on the link between government budgetary policies and the welfare crisis.
